Not too long ago, an organization that I was a part of suffered an implosion of sorts. Your team, your key people whom you trust and are in your inner circle, should remind you of this fact. As you work together to accomplish great things, you see just how your vision has impacted their lives. You then work for what is best for everyone in your organization, because you are reminded of it at all times through your team.
