It will be a sad day for me when Jon Stewart is no longer with The Daily Show (except in spirit) but at least he will continue to be involved in activities that amuse as well as inform those who appreciate the pleasure of his company. There is also consolation in the fact that videos of his programs will continue to be available. His conversation with Cass Sunstein offers an excellent case in point.
Born in 1954, Sunstein is an American legal scholar, particularly in the fields of constitutional law, administrative law, environmental law, and law and behavioral economics, who was the Administrator of the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs in the Obama administration. For 27 years, Sunstein taught at the University of Chicago Law School. Sunstein is currently the Robert Walmsley University Professor and Felix Frankfurter Professor of Law at Harvard Law School. I highly recommend his latest book, Wiser: Getting Beyond Groupthink to Make Groups Smarter, co-authored with Reid Hastie and published by Harvard Business Review Press (2015).
