on Wednesday March 28th at noon Eastern time

Please join us for a Thought Leader TeleForum on Wednesday March 28th on The Advantage: Creating the Healthy Organization with Patrick Lencioni, moderated by Patricia Wheeler.

In his latest book, best selling author Pat Lencioni argues that organizational health will surpass all other disciplines in business as the greatest opportunity for improvement and competitive advantage.

But what exactly is organizational health? An organization is healthy when it’s whole, consistent and complete, when its management, operations, strategy and culture fit together and make sense. You know you have it when you have minimal politics and confusion, high degrees of morale and productivity, and very low turnover among good employees. How do you achieve it?  We’ll discuss that on our call.

During this 60-minute conference call we will be discussing the three points below plus fielding your specific questions:

1. What does organizational health look like in our current and emerging business climate and what keeps us from it?

2. The four disciplines of organizational health

3.Overcoming the “wuss” factor and creating a climate of accountability
