Howard Gardner on “Beyond Wit and Grit: Rethinking the Keys to Success”

Howard Gardner is the John H. and Elisabeth A. Hobbs Professor of Cognition and Education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. He is also an adjunct professor of psychology at Harvard University and senior director of its Harvard Project Zero.

What we have here is his TEDx program during which he explains how and why more than 40 years of research have changed his mind about the relative importance of wit, grit, and intelligence.

Here is a direct link to Howard’s TEDx Beacon Street program.

For most people, I think this is probably the best introduction to one of world’s most highly respected thought leaders.
