When speed is not a competitive advantage….

 

I agree with Verne Harnish that speed can sometimes be a decisive competitive advantage. It has saved countless gazelles when lions are in the area.

However, as he would point out, there are other occasions, as this brief film clip suggests, when speed can be a problem….
